New goodies from Archivers

So last week when I traveled to Minnesota I got a chance to go to Archivers-TWICE! First I went to the one in the Mall of America and then I was surprised to find out that there was another one just about 20 minutes from where I was staying. And the manager of the store was the fiance of the guy I was meeting with for two days! You should have seen my face when he said " my fiance works for a scrapbook store called Archivers", I almost fell out of my chair. So of course he called her for me and we chatted on the phone a few minutes, then I drove up to the store after work. That store is where I bought these yummy Dear Lizzy papers from American Crafts and the new Felt Flowers too. I also picked up the Making Memories felt flowers because they were a good match for the paper, and a good deal too. The ribbon is this cool Bazzil ribbon that stretches, I think it will be interesting to use on a layout. So, the fun part about all these goodies? I bought them for Tiffany!! It's kind of "our thing" to always give eachother goodies of some kind when we get together to scrap or sometimes just to hang out. I think we are both "givers" by nature and it makes us happy to give something that someone else will enjoy. I'm always on the lookout for new stuff to pick up for Tiffany because she doesn't get to the scrap store too often- she's way too busy!
